This masterclass will connect you with the teachings on how to indulge and take care of yourself in the comforts of your own home.
A few tips before the workshop begins:
Find a quiet space where you will have no interruptions
Set up your mat and have a pillow nearby
Have a glass of water or tea
Play your favorite relaxation music on low volume
Light a candle and come with an open heart
